  • Assessment of the level of proficiency
  • Identify training needs for teams and individuals
  • Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department
  • Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
  • Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance
  • Defining the concept and content of the HR Business Partner role
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
  • Emergency Responder (Responsible for an immediate response in emergency situations)
  • Employee Mediator (Mediator in difficult situations between employees and/or managers)
  • Completing the transformation process and applying the role standard on an ongoing basis
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
